40 Calls to Action – year 4 update

In October 2020, Our Hearings, Our Voice produced their 40 Calls to Action for organisations in the Hearings System to make improvements.

Every year we have produced a progress report for the young people, so they can see what we are doing to meet their 40 Calls to Action.

Our fourth update includes information on our Hearing room improvement programme, new easy read letters and of course the fabulous Taking Control of my Hearing scrapbook.
