International Day for Elimination of Violence Against Women

Today (Thursday 25 November) marks International Day for Elimination of Violence Against Women. It is also the start of the campaign 16 Days of Activism.

SCRA is supporting the campaign to end violence against women and girls and we hope to help raise awareness.

Indiya Kurlus, SCRA’s Inclusion and Diversity Manager said: “SCRA is committed to eliminating all forms of discrimination. Women make up over 85 per cent of our workforce, that’s why we think it is vital to highlight this hugely important campaign and to help raise awareness of the difficulties women and girls face in our own communities and around the world.”
