BSL Information

SCRA is committed to ensuring that people who are Deaf or hard of hearing have full and equal access in the Children’s Hearings System. We also want it to be as easy as possible for you to make a complaint to SCRA. To find out how to complain, please watch this BSL video below which includes sub titles and audio. 

We are trialling the use of text for BSL users to contact us to make a complaint. If you are a BSL user you can text us on  07795 665570. This number will not be able to make or receive calls.
