The main Sheriff Court is open during the following times:
- Monday - Thursday 0900 - 1630
- Friday 0900 - 1600

Local and out of town buses stop at Viking bus station.
By car
There is no public car parking at the court. There are a number of car parks within the town centre which are clearly sign posted.
By taxi
Taxis can be found at Victoria Pier.
